About UGC Flows

UGC Flows is the app UGC creators run their brand deals, editing, posting and money from.

What it is

UGC Flows (ugcflows.com) is a subscription, from $199 a month, for people who already work as UGC creators. It runs the admin half of a UGC business in one app: deal tracking with flat fees and view-based bonus rules, view tracking across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, autoposting, invoices and payout records, a tax view, a script bank, and a marketplace of vetted short-form video editors.

The three plans differ in how many brand campaigns a member can run at once. Nothing else about the product changes between them.

Who it is for

Creators who already have brand deals and are tired of tracking them in spreadsheets. A creator working for several brands at once has a different bonus rule on every deal, a different set of accounts per brand, and the same video going out on four platforms. That is the problem the app exists for.

Every campaign on the platform comes from a tech company: apps, AI tools, software and fintech. The editors edit for that market and the tools were built around it. Creators making food, beauty or fashion UGC are better served elsewhere.

Video editors use the other side of the same marketplace: funded short-form jobs with the brief and the rate agreed before they claim. A creator is promised the edit 36 hours after posting a ticket.

How it makes money

The subscription. UGC Flows takes no cut of a creator's brand deal earnings. Editing is paid per video in credits a creator buys or gets with their plan. Guaranteed deal placement is a separate offer: Business and Pro include one guaranteed deal placement, three if you pay yearly: we put you on a live tech brand campaign at no extra cost. It is a total, not one a month. Every deal after that is a flat $250. We take no cut of what the brand pays you. Starter is not eligible. Included on Business and Pro. Starter is not eligible.

A free account costs nothing and needs no card: a public portfolio page, the community and a referral link stay free whether or not somebody ever buys a plan.
