Frequently asked questions
Is this only for tech UGC?
Yes. Every campaign here comes from a tech company: apps, AI tools, software and fintech. The editors edit for that market and the tools were built around it. If you make food, beauty or fashion UGC, this is not the right place.
Is this a course?
No. You already know how to film. This is the business around it, done.
What is the difference between the plans?
How many campaigns you run at once. Starter holds 2, Business holds 6, and Pro holds 9 and can add more at $10 a month each. Every plan is the whole dashboard: the tools, the editor marketplace and the money tracking. A campaign is one brand deal with its own connected accounts and its own autoposting.
Do you place me on brand deals?
Business and Pro include one guaranteed deal placement: we put you on a live tech brand campaign at no extra cost. A further placement costs 10% of what that deal is projected to pay you in its first month, paid once up front. We take no cut of the deal and nothing monthly. Starter is not eligible.
Do you take a cut of my deals?
No. You keep every dollar a brand pays you. Your first placement on Business and Pro is included and costs nothing. A further placement costs 10% of what that deal is projected to pay you in its first month, paid once up front, and nothing after that. A deal you found yourself costs nothing either way.
How does the guarantee work?
Book a call. If we take you on, we place you on a live tech brand campaign. Your first placement is included on Business and Pro; a further one costs 10% of what that deal is projected to pay you in its first month, paid once up front. Be on Business or Pro. Can I cancel?
Any time, from your dashboard, in one click. You keep access to the end of what you paid for, and billing stops after that.
Do you do refunds?
No. Payments are final. Cancelling stops the next charge, it does not refund the term you are in, and a year paid up front is not refunded month by month. A placement fee you paid is the one thing we refund: if we do not place you within 30 days of paying it, it comes back in full.
What does paying yearly change?
You get about two months free. The full year is billed up front. Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal; your access stays open until the paid year ends.

Is editing included?
The editor marketplace is on every plan. You pay per video: $3 a video, or $2 a video once a ticket is six videos or more.
How fast do edits come back?
36 hours from the moment you post. That is a promise. Send a whole film day at once and the batch comes back together.
What if I do not like the edit?
Send it back. Revisions are free and there is no limit. Your brand can okay an edit on a link too, with no login.
How do brand campaigns work?
Placement is a separate offer on Business and Pro. Book a call, and if we take you on we match you to a live tech brand campaign with the rate and the brief already agreed. The deal lands in your tracker with its bonus rules written in, and the app counts the views.
I already get deals. What changes?
Your workload. The app takes the tracking, the invoices and the posting off you, and the editors take the cutting. On Business and Pro, you can also be placed on campaigns with the rate already set.
Do I need followers?
No. Brands who buy UGC care about the video, not your follower count.
When do I get in?
The second your payment clears. Your dashboard opens the same day. Stripe runs checkout, so we never see your card.
