Phone Farm Terms
Last updated November 2, 2026
1. What this covers
These terms cover Phone Farm: social media accounts that UGC Flows opens, warms on real phones and runs for you, and the subscription that pays for them. They sit on top of the Terms of Service, which still apply to everything these terms do not change, including the limits on what we are responsible for.
You accept these terms when you tick the box at checkout or when you pay for a campaign. If you do not agree with them, do not pay.
Phone Farm is a separate subscription. It is not part of a UGC Flows plan, and a UGC Flows plan does not include it.
The short version: Renews monthly. Cancel before it renews. No refunds. Logins after 3 paid months. A flagged account is replaced free, and that replacement is the only remedy.
2. What you are buying
A campaign is one set of accounts for one brand or niche. A full campaign is one TikTok, one Instagram and one Facebook account. A single platform campaign is one of those three. We open each account, warm it on a real phone for 7 days, keep it on that phone, and post the videos you schedule from your dashboard.
To do that we buy a phone and a phone line for every account you pay for, and we spend 7 days of that phone's time warming it. That money is spent the moment you pay and it cannot be recovered. Sections 4, 5 and 6 all follow from that one fact.
We do not promise views, followers, sales or income from any account. The platforms decide what they show and to whom, they change their rules without notice, and they can flag any account at any time. We do not control them.
Posting runs under the posting rules on your dashboard and on the Phone Farm page: up to 2 posts a day per account, in the window the phones post in, with the caption limits the platforms set. We may hold or refuse a post that breaks a platform's rules or that would put an account at risk.
3. Price and billing
The first campaign is $399 a month. Every full campaign after it is $300 a month, and a single platform is $150 a month, each on top of a live first campaign. The price is shown before you pay. Prices can change; if yours does, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect and you can cancel before then.
Stripe processes every payment. You give your card details to Stripe, not to us. Card numbers never touch our servers.
A campaign is a monthly subscription. By paying you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge the card you gave us on the day you pay and on the same day every month after that, until you cancel. This is a recurring charge and you do not have to approve each one. Keep your card up to date.
Each payment buys a whole month. Once a month has started, you have agreed to pay for all of it, whether or not you use the accounts during it.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. While it is failing we may pause posting and the warm up. If it keeps failing we may end the campaign and keep the accounts.
4. Cancelling
You cancel from Billing on your Phone Farm dashboard. It opens your Stripe billing page, it takes a few clicks, and you do not have to email anyone.
Cancel before your renewal date. Cancelling stops the next charge and nothing else: the month you already paid for runs to its end, and we keep posting from the accounts until then.
A renewal that went through because you did not cancel before it is a charge you authorized. You owe it, you keep the accounts for the month it bought, and it is not refunded. Forgetting to cancel, not using the accounts, or changing your mind is not a reason for a refund and is not an unauthorized charge.
When a cancelled campaign ends, posting from our phones stops and anything still scheduled is dropped. Any account that has not been handed over under section 6 stays with us. We may close it or reuse it.
5. No refunds
Every payment is final. We do not refund a payment in full or in part. We do not refund unused time, a month you forgot to cancel, a campaign you changed your mind about, or a campaign you cancelled before its handover date. We do not give credits or free months in place of a refund.
This is not something we can bend case by case. By the time your payment clears we have bought a phone and a line for each of your accounts and committed that phone to warming them, and none of that can be returned. The one thing we can do when an account fails is replace it, under section 7.
If you think a charge is wrong, email hello@ugcflows.com before you contact your bank. We answer within one business day and we correct any charge we made by mistake.
You agree not to dispute or charge back a payment that you, or anyone using your account or your card with your permission, authorized. That includes a renewal you did not cancel in time and a month you did not use.
We keep records that show a purchase was yours: when you signed up and signed in, the account you signed in with, your IP address and device, your acceptance of these terms at checkout, the campaigns you set up and the videos you scheduled. If you dispute a charge, we send those records to Stripe and your card issuer to show the charge was authorized.
Disputing a charge you authorized breaks these terms. While a dispute is open we may pause your campaigns. If the dispute was over a charge you authorized, we may end your campaigns and keep the accounts, and you still owe us the amount you disputed plus any dispute fee our payment processor charged us. We may recover that amount directly or through a collections agency.
Nothing in this section takes away a right the law gives you that cannot be waived. If a charge on your card was truly made without your permission, tell us and we will look into it with you.
6. The account logins
Until they are handed over, the accounts are ours. They live on our phones, we hold their logins, and you post from your dashboard. You may not try to recover, reset or take over an account's login on your own, and you may not sell or transfer a campaign to somebody else.
A campaign's accounts are handed over after 3 paid months in a row on that campaign, counted from the day it was first paid, with the subscription still live on the handover date. From that date you can ask us for each account's username and password, and we hand them over within five business days.
Cancelling before the handover date, or a payment that fails before it, means the accounts are not handed over. They stay on our phones and nothing you paid comes back. The 3 months are there for one reason: a phone bought for an account cannot be returned, so the account is only yours once that phone has been paid for.
Once an account is handed over it is yours, and the replacement promise in section 7 ends for that account. If you keep the subscription we keep posting from it as before. If you cancel, posting from our phones stops at the end of the paid month and the account stays with you.
7. A flagged account is replaced, free
If the platform flags, restricts, suspends or bans an account, or an account does not come out of its 7 day warm up properly, we open a new account on the same platform and warm it again at no extra charge, as many times as it takes.
That replacement is everything you are owed when an account fails, and it is the only remedy: no refund, no credit, no free month and no extension of the handover date. Anything still scheduled on the old account is lost.
The replacement may not get the username you picked if it has been taken, and it starts its warm up from day one.
We do not replace an account that was flagged because of what you asked us to post on it: a video that breaks the platform's rules, a caption carrying a tag the posting rules say not to use, or anything else the posting rules refuse. We do not replace an account after it has been handed over, and we do not replace an account on a campaign that is cancelled, behind on a payment or ended.
8. Your content
You own the videos you upload, and you promise they are yours to post: no footage, music or people you do not have the rights to. You are responsible for what you ask us to post and for any claim that comes from it.
You give us the license we need to post your videos from the accounts, and nothing more. We do not use them anywhere else without asking you.
9. What we are not responsible for
We run the phones and the accounts with care, and we do not promise the platforms will behave. We are not responsible for a platform flagging, restricting or banning an account, changing its rules, changing what it shows, or going down; for a post that goes out late or not at all; or for anything you lose because an account was flagged.
Our whole liability to you for a campaign is capped at what you paid for that campaign in the month the problem happened. The limits in the Terms of Service apply as well.
10. Changes and contact
We can change these terms. If we change them in a way that matters, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then. Questions go to hello@ugcflows.com.
